We provide customised quotes to ensure that our clients are well informed on what the fees for our service include. For example the number of required inspections, or obtaining additional clearances.

Our aim is to issue you with your relevant certificate as soon as is possible. Our clients should be aware that the total time it takes to issue a certificate depends significantly on the complexity of the project, and how quickly the compulsory documentation required for the approval can be provided to our team.

For Class 1 and 10 buildings the following site inspections are required:
Piers/Footings
Slabs or reinforced concrete
Framing
Waterproofing
Stormwater
Completion
For Swimming Pools a barrier inspection must be carried out as soon as is reasonable possible after the barrier is installed.

All inspections must be booked via our online booking form, and we request a minimum 2-3 business days notice for an inspection. Please note that we specify on our quotes the number of inspections included in our service fee. Any additional inspections will be charged at an additional rate.
