We provide customised quotes to ensure that our clients are well informed on what the fees for our service include. For example the number of required inspections, or obtaining additional clearances.

Our aim is to issue you with your Building Approval as soon as is possible depending on the level of demand for our services. However our clients should be aware that the total time it takes to issue a Building Approval depends significantly on the complexity of the project, results from the approvals of entity providers (Evo Energy, Icon Water, Jemena Gas) or the ACT Government, and how quickly the compulsory documentation required for the approval can be provided to our team.

Depending on the type of project you can expect a maximum of 4 compulsory site inspections will be conducted. Examples of inspection stages are Piers, Footings, Slab, Pre-Sheet and Final.

All inspections must be booked via our online booking form, and we request a minimum 2-3 business days notice for an inspection. Please note that we specify on our quotes the number of inspections included in our service fee. Any additional inspections will be charged at an additional rate.
